Who we are
The company was founded in Agrigento in 2021 by professionals who have worked together for more than twenty years on public and private commissions: schools and healthcare buildings, restoration of listed buildings, water networks and treatment, roads and land protection.
In recent years the team has completed many seismic and energy upgrades of houses and apartment blocks, and today works on schemes funded by Italy's Recovery Plan (PNRR), regional funds and the minor islands programme.
Multidisciplinary skills and integrated roles are Rebuilding's model: the office coordinates every stage of a project, examines every aspect and keeps overall control of cost, time and quality.

Integrated design
Architecture, structures, services and hydraulics are developed together on the same model, with cross-checks before drawings are issued.
Control on site
Close cost monitoring, quality control of materials and workmanship, and variations handled in time to meet funding deadlines.

Each technical area is led by a partner who coordinates in-house staff and specialist consultants.

Certified quality
Rebuilding's quality management system has been certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2023 and is audited every year by an independent accredited body. The certification covers the full range of services: design, works supervision, safety coordination and design review for validation.

How we work
The practice designs in a BIM environment with a complete, continuously updated set of professional software for modelling, structural, hydraulic and energy analysis, cost control and safety. Surveys are carried out by drone and delivered as point clouds and digital terrain models, the basis of every design.
