Privacy notice

Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Rebuilding S.r.l., as data controller, explains how it processes the personal data of visitors to this website.

Data collected through the contact form

When you send a message through the contact form we process the data you enter: your name, organisation if given, email address, phone number if given and the text of your message. We use this data only to answer your request and to manage any resulting commission.

The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by sending the form (Art. 6.1.a). Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a commission follows, for the period required by law.

Data is not published or passed to third parties. It may be processed by our hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), as data processor, on servers located in the European Union.

Browsing data and cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies or analytics and embeds no third-party content: fonts are hosted on our own server. For security purposes the server records IP addresses and requested pages in technical logs, which are deleted periodically.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@rebuilding.net or re-buildingsrl@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
