Description
The village of Giardina Gallotti has no treatment plant and currently discharges into natural gullies. The project builds a main of about 4.5 km to the Montaperto plant, which already has capacity for the flows.
The route was defined on a terrain model produced from a drone survey and point cloud, resolving clashes with the gas network and land constraints through multi-agency consents, with preliminary archaeological assessment, geological and geotechnical reports and a land acquisition plan.
